GUIDELINES FOR FAIR PLAY

We at Superovers consider it our priority to safeguard the fair play ethos in the fantasy gaming market. There's no denying that fantasy games require skills and a systematic approach to be successful. Superovers has adopted several primary measures to ensure a seamless user experience and keep things fun.

FAIRNESS

Our entire system is based on equality. On the Superovers Web Portal or Mobile App, all users create fantasy teams or participate in contests with the same pools and limits, and have to follow the same rules.

TIMEFRAME

Contests on Superovers close at the official match start time regardless of matches or their location, ensuring that no users obtain unfair advantages. There will be a single deadline that will apply to all Superovers mobile applications and web portals.

WINNERS OF THE CONTEST

When it comes to selecting winners, Superovers has a very transparent policy. Winners are announced publicly along with their winning amount and team, which builds trust between users. We also take into account the following factors when announcing contest winners:

  • For checking and obtaining match scores, third-party sources deemed extremely reliable and trustworthy
  • Delivery of winning amounts to user's accounts as soon as possible
  • Prior to every match, the pay-outs are announced

VERIFYING USER IDENTITY

All of the people who use Superovers have been checked for their age and state of residence, and we don't allow fraud or fake identities.

PLAYERS SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

If a player creates or uses multiple id's for playing at the same table, it is considered money transferring or syndicate playing. Anti-fraud algorithms keep track of each and every move that players make. During this game, security measures are taken and advanced technologies are employed to detect if one or more players are colluding during the game. Should this occur, an automatic alert will be raised immediately and the participating player will be blocked. Funds available in the same will be seized, thus prohibiting participation in the game.
