Superovers operates via a mobile application available for Android and iOS devices through its website at https://www.superovers.com/ (the "Application"). These terms govern how you use the services. Anyone who uses our services will be referred to as "you" or "your".

WE REQUIRE THAT YOU READ OUR TERMS OF USE BEFORE USING THIS POLICY

This policy is part of the terms of use governing your use of the services. All terms defined in our terms of use will also have the same meaning in this policy. To meet our business objectives and provide quality content and services to those who interact with us through our services, we use, collect, and share certain personally identifiable information. This policy governs the services and any information you choose to provide to us. It explains how we and our third-party marketing and advertising partners collect, use, process, and share information about you. We only get personal information through the services; it doesn't apply to information we get from other sources.

THE AGREEMENT

Your account will be set up and you will be able to interact with us with this information. When you register for an account through your SNS account, you will use your SNS credentials to log in to the application. Your Superovers account will be connected to the SNS once you create an account through an SNS. You allow Superovers to access your SNS account information by creating a Superovers account through your SNS account.

If you deposit funds or enter paid contests, you may provide us with a valid electronic mailing address, date of birth, legal name, zip code area of residence, and any other information we may require in order to run appropriate identity checks and comply with applicable rules and regulations. If necessary, you may be required to provide appropriate documentation that allows us to verify your identity.
  2. You or your financial institution (if applicable) may be required to provide identification to verify your withdrawal request and your identity.

SECURITY

We use various security measures as part of an effort to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission and storage are not completely secure (whether online or offline), and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

PAYMENT RELATED DETAILS
