REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Any amount you add to your Superovers account cannot be refunded in any way, and the amount can only be used to enter contests on Superovers. A transaction, once confirmed, is final, and no cancellation is permissible. However, Superovers may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit you to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid. If you send a written request to Superovers from the registered email address to cancel such a payment, any amount paid by you to enter a contest, either classic or duel, will not be refunded to you unless:

• The cancellation request is received at least two (2) days prior to the commencement of the game in respect of which such payment is made.
• There was a contest or match that Superovers, at its own discretion, decided not to run and refunded all of the people who had signed up for it.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT ENTRY POINT

Credit card, debit card, and internet banking payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Similarly, other payment modes also require authorisation by the intermediary, which processes payments. Superovers is not responsible for delays or denials at their end. The processing of payments will be solely in terms of their policies and procedures, without any responsibility or risk on our end. If you have any problems with adding money, please contact us at support@superovers.com.You agree that in the event of your credit being delayed or eventually declined for reasons beyond our control, Superovers will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. Once a payment/transaction is authorised, the funds are credited to your user account and are available for you to participate in cash contests.

When making a deposit to a user account, if the transaction fails for unknown reasons and the amount is deducted from your payment gateway wallet and not credited to your Superovers user account, please contact the payment gateway that you used to make the payment for a refund, or you can contact our support team for assistance.

ADVERTISE

In the event that a person who has been declared the winner of a contest(s) accepts the winnings offered by Superovers.Affiliates of Superovers and the company itself are authorised to use the name, likeness, voice and comments of the winner for various purposes, including (but not limited to) advertising, promotion of the company in any media worldwide, alongside trading without any further permissions or consents and/or additional compensation being given to the participant. By accepting the terms and conditions, the contest(s) winners agree to be available for promotional purposes as planned and desired by Superovers at no cost.The promotional and advertising events can be press events, internal meetings, ceremonies, and so on. The dates for the promotional events will be decided by the team of Superovers.

INTERACTIVE SERVICES AND AREA OF BOARDS, FORUMS, AND OTHER

In conjunction with the application, Superovers may include discussion forums or other interactive areas or services, such as discussion boards, including, but not limited to, chat rooms, commenting or other areas or offerings ("Interactive Areas") in which you or third parties, including other registered users of the application, create, post, or store User Content (defined below) within the Application. Superovers does not pre-screen all user content, does not endorse, approve, or pre-screen any user content that you or other registered users may contribute to the application, and is not responsible for the accuracy or inaccuracy of your content.You bear the entire risk of the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of your content found on the application. You are solely responsible for your use of the application’s interactive areas and use them at your own risk. Superovers reserves the right to monitor the application, including such interactive areas, to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Any fraudulent activities conducted on such interactive areas or within the application will result in the termination of a registered user's account and forfeiture of all winnings earned via such fraudulent activities.

ONLINE CONDUCT

By using any interactive areas, you agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish any of the following on or through the application:

• Any messages, comments, data, information, text, documents, audio recordings, video recordings, audiovisual recordings, musical works, photographs, graphics, pictures, code, software, or other works, content, or materials ("User Content") that are illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, threatening, tortious, invading another's privacy, abusive;
• User Content that encourages or provides instructions for committing a criminal offense, violates the rights of any party, or otherwise creates liability or violates any local, state, national, or international law;
• User Content that you do not have the legal or contractual right to upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit (such as insider information, proprietary information, and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
• Any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property, content, or proprietary rights of any party may be violated or infringed by User Content.You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to transmit, distribute, reproduce, and display User Content by posting it;
• User Content that falsifies or deletes another’s attributions, legal notices, or proprietary designations; User Content that impersonates any person or entity (including, without limitation, a director, officer, employee, shareholder, agent, or representative of Superovers or a celebrity) or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with Superovers, or any other person or entity.

PATENTS AND TRADEMARKS

Superovers owns or is in the process of registering trademarks for many of its many goods and services, including the associated graphics, logos, and service marks, which may not be used without prior written consent of Superovers. All other trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing within the application are the property of their respective owners.

COLLECTION OF DATA AND PRIVACY

Superovers Privacy Policy is an integral part of these terms and is incorporated into this document by reference. If you do not agree to each and every part of our privacy policy, then you should not use the application or submit any personally identifiable information through it. Concerns about privacy should be directed to support@superovers.com.

UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLICATION

Superovers conducts maintenance work on its system from time to time, mainly for the purpose of ensuring security and integrity. A portion, or sometimes all, of the features of the application will not be available during maintenance periods. If possible, you will be notified of maintenance periods in advance. However, you hereby agree that Superovers may update the application with or without notifying you.

All problems encountered while using the application, including those relating to your account, can be reported to Superovers at support@superovers.com as soon as they occur.

MISCELLANEOUS

Superovers, a game platform operated by Superovers, is required to notify you about certain events pursuant to certain legislation. Therefore, you, by accepting these terms and conditions, consent that such notification is issued and posted by Superovers on either superovers.com or sent via the email address provided by the customer upon registration will be considered adequate and authorized, and will be effective upon the customer. Further, if you fail to provide adequate and accurate information at the time of registration, Superovers will not be held liable for any loss of information or failure to notify you.

You agree that Superovers will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in notifying you, organizing/providing services and entry plans and contests due to outside factors that are not under (Superovers control, )'s including acts of God, war, terrorism, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities and fire, floods and accidents.
